JOB SUMMARY:

Client seeks a Regional Sales Manager located in the Baltimore Region. The Regional Sales Manager position is responsible for new business development in all of the Baltimore area for employer groups of 10-1,000 employees. Sales will be made both directly with clients and through brokers/consultants.

The ideal candidate for this position will have established broker relationships and be committed to delivering the highest level of professional dedication, performance and competence. This position requires an individual who is a highly motivated self-starter, and who has the ability to be productive without continual supervision. The Regional Sales Manager must be an excellent communicator, comfortable interfacing with multiple prospects across multiple states via the phone, email, and in-person. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Overview
