Jr. Software Integration Liaison/Developer -

Major Brentwood, TN, based operation seeks a software integration liaison, someone who can work with both the development team and end users, with the production team being a part of that interface. They would like to find someone who is a good communicator, who has some experience in developing/working with code (they're a .Net shop with C# being the development tool) as well as doing web scrapes. They're moved from SQL to C# so there has been a bit of a transition going on prior to this opportunity.
This location does all the "back-end" development work (along with product support) and the European location is doing the UI/UX front end work. The end users are on the commodities side, mainly analyst that are using the data/manipulating it for their purposes. This area also provides (in essence) tier 2 support, if you will, more advanced and goes into greater detail regarding the application itself. They would likes to find someone who can help troubleshoot a problem, read a piece of code and determine if it's doing what it's supposed to do, or if there's a problem. A lot of their code is pre-built so it going to be helpful to understand the "flow" of the application and be able to look at a particular piece of code and do the troubleshooting. It could be as simple as making sure to scrub the right data, but often that data might be in all sorts of formats (excel, EDI, etc.) and even might need to be taken right off the clients website.
The key here is to be aware that this application is going to be evolving, the utilities industry is continuing to change and the application must be able to change with it.

GENERAL: Under the supervision of the Quality Supervisor, the Quality Technician will support all production processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assistance with maintenance of the finished product and raw material inventory, receiving and inspection, label verifications, batch reconciliation and environmental monitoring.

2. Responsible for performing final checks for all compounded product. The final checks will include checking the integrity of all compounded product for items such as leakage, visible PM, discoloration and the legibility of the labels.

3. Assist the DEA Officer (Quality Manager) with the compilation of data for quarterly reporting to the Drug Enforcement Administration using the ARCOS system.

4. Assist in maintaining facility compliance with the GMPs and all standard operating procedures.

5. Participate in the training of new personnel and assume additional duties as required and assigned by the Quality Supervisor.

6. Participate in the ongoing review of existing SOPs.

Job Requirements:
